Marketing website redesign for an AI-powered EdTech platform.

The full story

the problem.

Böxie turns videos and PDFs into interactive, auto-graded lessons, and it is used by schools across a number of countries. The product is genuinely clever, which is precisely the problem: a teacher deciding in ninety seconds whether to try it does not want the architecture, they want to know what it changes about their Tuesday. The existing site explained the tool rather than the benefit.

what I built.

A full redesign of the marketing site. I restructured the homepage to walk a visitor through the product in the order they care about — what it changes for students, then for teachers, then for the organisation — and rewrote the AI features in language a non-technical educator can act on.

Around that: the pricing page, the school pilot programme page, comparison pages and the blog, with school logos, teacher testimonials and platform integrations placed where a hesitant reader actually needs them. Every page ends with one obvious next step, either signing up or joining the pilot.

the result.

The site now explains in seconds what previously took a demo. Splitting the story by audience means a teacher, a head of department and a procurement lead each find their own answer without wading through the other two, and the pilot programme finally has a page that can carry a campaign.

Every project here is written the same way — the situation the business was in, what I built, and what changed once it shipped. How I run a project walks through the stages step by step.

This project started with a short conversation, not a spec document. Tell me how your business runs today — I’ll tell you what I’d automate first. If automation isn’t the right answer, I’ll say so.
