AI & automation consultant
about. Suhan Alam Rana, AI & automation consultant
I’m Suhan Alam Rana — I help businesses automate their operations with AI, workflow automation, and custom web systems.
I’ve been building for the web for over a decade. Along the way I noticed something: my clients’ biggest problems were rarely on their websites. They were in the hours lost every week to manual, repetitive work — copying data between tools, answering the same questions, chasing paperwork. So that became the job. Today I map how a business actually runs, find the steps that can be automated, and build the systems that do it — here’s how a typical automation project works. Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (GMT+6), working with clients worldwide.

What I do now
AI & automation
This is where I spend most of my time. I look at how a company operates, find the repetitive steps — data entry, follow-ups, support questions, reporting — and build systems that handle them: AI assistants, n8n workflows, and integrations between the tools you already pay for. The result is measured in hours back, not features shipped.

Web development
Automation needs a solid foundation, and often that foundation is the website or the system behind it. I build fast, maintainable web platforms — WordPress sites, Laravel applications, React dashboards — designed to support how your business operates, not just how it looks.

How I think
I write up what I learn as I go: how to work out what’s worth automating, why automations break at 2am, what a chatbot can and can’t actually answer. Plain guides, including the parts I got wrong the first time. If you want to know how I think before you hire me, start there.
