AI & Automation

ai consultant — workflow automation & ai implementation strategy.

Not sure where to start with AI in your business? I'll help you figure out what to automate, which AI tools to use, and how to roll it out — without wasting money on the wrong stuff.

AI is moving fast. Every week there’s a new tool, a new model, a new “must-have” platform. It’s easy to get lost — or worse, spend a lot of money on the wrong solution.

That’s where I come in. I help business owners and teams figure out exactly where AI fits in their work, what to automate first, and how to actually implement it without breaking what’s already working.

This isn’t a generic “AI strategy” deck full of buzzwords. It’s a clear, practical plan based on your real business, your real tools, and your real budget.

Who I work with:

  • Small business owners who want to save time but don’t know where to start
  • Startup founders trying to build AI features without hiring a full team
  • Agencies looking to add AI services for their clients
  • Operations and HR teams drowning in repetitive admin work
  • Marketing teams wanting to use AI for content, ads, and research

What we’ll cover in a consultation:

  • AI audit — what tasks in your business are perfect for AI or automation
  • Tool recommendations — which AI tools and platforms actually fit your needs
  • Workflow design — how to connect everything so it runs smoothly
  • Cost planning — realistic budget for AI APIs, tools, and setup
  • Team training — how to get your team comfortable with AI tools
  • Roadmap — what to build first, second, and later (in priority order)
  • Risk and compliance — data privacy, AI safety, and what to watch out for

Areas I commonly help with:

  • Automating customer support with AI chatbots
  • Building internal knowledge bases your team can chat with
  • Setting up AI content workflows (blog, social, email)
  • Replacing manual admin work with n8n or Zapier automations
  • Adding AI features to existing software products
  • Choosing between OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models
  • Migrating from expensive SaaS tools to custom AI solutions

What you’ll get:

  • A clear AI roadmap built around your business
  • Honest advice on what’s worth doing — and what isn’t
  • A list of recommended tools with budget estimates
  • Workflow plans you can implement (or have me build for you)
  • Ongoing support if you want me to help with execution

Good fit if:

  • You know AI can help your business but don’t know how
  • You’re getting overwhelmed by all the AI tools out there
  • You’ve tried adding AI before and it didn’t stick
  • You want to automate work but don’t know what to automate first
  • You’re competing with AI-powered businesses and need to catch up

Common questions:

The first call is free, and for most businesses that call alone produces a shortlist of what’s worth automating. If you want something built afterwards, you get a fixed-price proposal first — typical project ranges are on the pricing page. If you are comparing consultants, what the market charges per hour — and why I quote fixed prices instead is worth two minutes.

You tell me how your business runs today — the copy-pasting, the chasing, the tool that doesn’t talk to the other tool — and you get a straight answer about what’s worth automating first, what to skip, and a rough ballpark. No slide deck, no pressure.

No. Almost every business I work with runs on processes that live in people’s heads — mapping them is literally step one of the work. Often we automate the stable, repetitive parts first and leave the messy edges to humans, which is where they belong.

The opposite — honest advice on what not to automate is part of the service. Recommendations are based on your real tools and real budget, and the cheapest fix is sometimes a spreadsheet formula, not an AI platform. I’ll say so when it is.

Both. The plan can be handed to your own team with documentation, or I can build it — n8n workflows, AI integrations and chatbots are the usual pieces.

If you want a head start, this guide walks through a five-day audit for spotting your best automation candidates — but arriving with nothing more than “this task eats my week” is genuinely enough.

Almost certainly, because the bottlenecks rhyme: intake, scheduling, chasing people for information, and reporting the same numbers every month. What changes is which one costs you the most and what you are not allowed to automate. I have written up where the hours go in eCommerce, marketing agencies, real estate, recruitment and clinics and dental practices. If yours is not listed, the intro call is the fastest way to find out — the answer is usually recognisable within ten minutes.
