the problem.

American IT Department is a US managed service provider offering everything from cybersecurity and managed IT to cloud, compliance and VoIP. Their clients are businesses making serious decisions about who handles their technology, so the website had to do one thing above all: build trust fast. It needed to look professional, explain a wide range of services clearly, and make it easy for a business to request a quote.

what I built.

I designed and built the full website from scratch on WordPress. I structured 10+ service pages — cybersecurity, managed IT, co-managed IT, compliance, cloud, VoIP and more — so each service is easy to find and easy to understand.

I built a clear “our approach” section and an IT process page that walk visitors through how the company works, plus client logos and review integration to back it all up with proof.

I optimized the site for speed so it loads fast on every device, and set it up for SEO so the right businesses can find it. The result is a clean, corporate site with a clear path to requesting a quote.
